In particular, we want students to know that the Circle Line Boat Tour is going to be "cool." Cool views, and cool temps! The best views of the Statue of Liberty are from the outside deck of this boat, and even the inside areas remain breezy and cool as doors are opened and people walk in and out of the covered areas.
